By creating an Actor account on FameWeaver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Actor Account

As an Actor on FameWeaver, you are granted access to:

• ActItSense - Virtual performance training system
• Voice partner practice sessions
• Performance analytics and scoring
• Director-level feedback
• Acting contest participation
• Industry visibility tools (coming soon)

3. Performance Content

You retain all rights to your performance recordings. FameWeaver uses your recordings solely for analysis and feedback purposes. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared without your explicit consent.

4. ActItSense Training

ActItSense provides virtual scene practice with AI voice partners. Performance scores measure delivery, timing, emotion, clarity, and screen-read readiness. Scores are for training purposes and personal improvement tracking.

5. Contest Participation

Acting contests may require video submissions or live virtual performances. Contest rules and judging criteria are announced with each contest. FameWeaver reserves the right to use contest submissions for promotional purposes with your consent.

6. Subscription & Billing

Actor accounts are available in three tiers:

• Basic (Free): Limited practice sessions
• Standard ($3.99/month): Full tool access with standard limits
• Premium ($9.99/month): Unlimited sessions and priority features

Annual billing receives one month free. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

7. Code of Conduct

Actors must conduct themselves professionally. Inappropriate content, harassment, or misuse of the platform will result in account termination.

8. Modifications to Terms

FameWeaver reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
