By creating an Agent/Publisher account on FameWeaver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
As an Agent or Publisher on FameWeaver, you are granted access to:
Agent and Publisher accounts require verification of professional credentials. FameWeaver reserves the right to request documentation and may suspend accounts pending verification. Misrepresentation of professional status is grounds for immediate termination.
You agree to respect creator privacy settings. Creators who opt for "Private" mode share only their name and email. You may not contact creators outside the platform without their explicit consent. Harassment or spam communications are strictly prohibited.
Access to creator content is provided for evaluation purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or use creator content without their written permission. ScriptSense scores are confidential between FameWeaver and the creator unless the creator chooses to share them.
Agent and Publisher accounts are currently free during our launch period. FameWeaver may introduce subscription fees or transaction fees in the future with advance notice to users.
Agents and Publishers must conduct all interactions professionally. Predatory practices, misleading offers, or exploitation of creators will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
FameWeaver reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
